One of the most strenuous hikes in Bay Area, going up from 800 ft to 2800 ft, then down to 1890ft and finally back up to 3080 ft. Some of the most beautiful views, stretching from Central Valley, to Peninsula and East Bay.
The final scramble down to the falls was pretty hair raising but was definitely worth it. A big thanks to everyone who brought sufficient, tasty snacks that kept us fueled through the trek.
Route: Dell Valle lake - Vallecito trail to Ohlone Wilderness trail and back. total elevation: 4,110 ft,
Time: 6 hr
Difficulty: 8/10
